A market theory that states bad news tends to be released in bunches.

Notes:
Why the name cockroach? It's because cockroaches tend to travel in large groups and aren't looked upon kindly.

A similar bug theory holds in software. If you find a bug in a component/module, there are more still left to be discovered.
